If you have received an email from MyNetFone asking you to update your service address – it was a legitimate email. Having an up-to-date service address is a regulatory requirement to ensure that emergency services have the correct location, if you ever make a call for their assistance.
Customers who have received this request, but do not update their address by 7 March 2019, will find their phone service automatically cancelled on 7 March 2019. If you are one of these customers please contact us on 1300 731 048 to update your service address and confirm you would like to keep your service active.
