From the MyAccount Portal you can view and control almost any facet of your account. Follow these 6 easy steps to change any details on your Account!
Step 1. Go to the MyNetFone Portal Login page https://www.mynetfone.com.au/Portal-Login
Step 2. Login with your user name and password.
Step 3. Once logged in, simply click on "MyUser Details" tab, which is on the left side of the page. From here you can change your Username, your Password, your phone numbers and email address.
Step 4. Click on the "MyCustomer Details" tab on the left side of the page to update your Street, Billing and Shipping address.
Step 5. Click on "My Service Options" to change your Plan, DID number, Global access or Follow Me/Voicemail options.
Step 6. Don't forget to click on the update button to save the changes you've done.
The customer data you provide to us for your public number is a critical source of information. You must provide us your most up-to-date service address, to ensure that emergency services have your current location if an emergency call is placed from your MyNetFone service. If your details have changed, you must notify us via your MyAccount Portal, online enquiry or calling 1300 731 048.
