Network Upgrade this Saturday, 28th November

A network update with be taking place between 5am and 12pm (noon) on Saturday, 28th November 2009.

There should be no disruption to basic VoIP and Naked ADSPL2+ services.

However, the My Account Portal and some enhanced features such as Global Access will not be available during this time frame.

The operating hours of our Customer Service Centre have also been changed: for this Saturday only the MyNetFone Customer Centre will operate from 12pm (noon) to 6pm - our team can be reached on 1300 731 048 during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience!
