New NBN Plan Names

In accordance with new ACCC regulations, there will now be a standardised naming convention for NBN plans that all Internet Service Providers must adhere to.

This means that the names of MyNetFone NBN plans has changed, however the service will not be affected.

Queen's Birthday Operating Hours 2016

If you haven't already, it's time to start making plans for the long weekend!

This coming Monday 13th June is the Queen’s Birthday. For all states except Western Australia this date is a public holiday.

Please take note of our reduced operating hours:

Residential Support & Customer Service

No change to operating hours:

8am – 10pm AEST Monday 13th June 2016.

9am – 5pm AEST Saturday – Sunday.

Business Support & Customer Service

Operating at reduced business hours:

8:30am to 4:30pm AEST Monday 13th June 2016.

Emergency support will continue to be available throughout the Queen’s birthday long weekend for all business customers with urgent matters.

Sales Teams

Both Business and Residential sales will be CLOSED Monday 13th June 2016, however will be operating at regular hours outside of this date.

ANZAC Day 2016 Changed Service Hours



ANZAC Day is a time at which Australians reflect on the many different meanings of war. It marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War.

At MyNetFone we remember the sacrifice of all Australian and New Zealand soldiers who died during the war, fighting to give us the freedoms we enjoy.

During the ANZAC Day public holiday, Friday the 25th of April 2016, customers are advised that we will be closed:

Opening Hours Easter Long Weekend

The four-day chocolate-filled holiday is approaching. It's time to start planning what you'll be doing over the Easter long weekend.

MyNetFone operating hours have changed over the break.

  •  Companies can also record voicemails for company-wide call groups (e.g. Sales / Support) by dialling 171 and entering your call group number and pin.

Business Service 2015 Achievements

The end of the 2015 is almost here, and what a year it has been for MyNetFone Business! 

We've introduced new mobile call inclusions for Virtual PBX. We created VoiceLink, a world-first unlimited SIP Trunk service. We've launched unlimited broadband plans, and relaunched business NBN.

Not to mention introducing free number transfers, three new Yealink office handsets and a new desktop conferencing phone. All while winning awards, helping sick kids and finding time for mini-golf!
