Be prepared during this festive season. Record a voicemail!

MyNetFone makes it easy to update your voicemail with a holiday message!

An up-to-date, festive message can help you get the most out of the calls during the holiday period.

  •  Simply update your voicemail by dialling 121 and pressing option 0
  •  Companies can also record voicemails for company-wide call groups (e.g. Sales / Support) by dialling 171 and entering your call group number and pin.

MyNetFone Home and Business Voice services also include the voicemail-to-email handy feature to help you stay accessible, even when you're out and about in your flip flops or warming up the BBQ for Christmas.

Voicemail-to-email instantly emails your voicemail messages as WAV audio files. So you can easily get notified and listen on your smartphone or computer.

  • The voicemail-to-email feature can be easily setup via the online Account Portal.
  • In the 'Voicemail to Email' box on the same page as voicemail, select either "'Forward Voicemail to Email, Delete from Server' or  'Forward Voicemail to Email, Leave on Server (Collect via 121)', then enter your email address and recipient name and click 'Update'.

Business Service 2015 Achievements

The end of the 2015 is almost here, and what a year it has been for MyNetFone Business! 

We've introduced new mobile call inclusions for Virtual PBX. We created VoiceLink, a world-first unlimited SIP Trunk service. We've launched unlimited broadband plans, and relaunched business NBN.

Not to mention introducing free number transfers, three new Yealink office handsets and a new desktop conferencing phone. All while winning awards, helping sick kids and finding time for mini-golf!

Cheers to the new year and more achievements to come!

But we couldn't do any of this without our valued customers. So thank you for your support, feedback and patronage throughout the year. Enjoy your holidays!

Summer holidays are almost here and so it is Christmas!!

As the holidays are approaching, it is time to inform you of the MyNetFone operating hours over the Christmas and New Year period. For the full listing of MyNetFone operating hours over the festive season please refer to the information below. 

Business

 

Business Customer Service Support Centre

  • 23 December (8am – 6pm AEDT)
  • 24 December (8am – 4pm AEDT)
  • 29 December - 30 December (8am – 6pm AEDT)
  • 31 December (8am – 4pm AEDT)
  • Business Support will be closed on public holidays, as well as on the weekends (After Hours Support is still available).


Business Sales reduced hours

9am – 5pm AEDT:

  • 23 December – 24 December
  • 27 December
  • 29 December – 31 December
  • 3 January
