Part 3: Making it work with a Virtual/Hosted PBX

Over the last couple of blogs, we shared some tips on how you can use cloud-based 1300 numbers and local phone numbers to help increase your business’ reach nationally. Call Centre closed on Anzac Day

Anzac Day marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War, and is probably Australia's most important national occasion.

The MyNetFone Call Centre will be closed on Anzac Day, Thursday, 25 April 2013 to show respect to the servicemen and women who defend our country. 

The MyNetFone Business Team will also be closed,however after hours Emergency Support is available if needed.

Normal operating hours will resume on Friday 26th April. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Part 2: Local Numbers in the cloud 

In the last blog, we shared some tips on how you can use 1300 numbers to take your business national by providing a single, point of contact for customers to call. This week, we look at the other end of the number spectrum with local geographic phone numbers.

Whether it’s because they prefer to deal with local businesses or because most mobile providers charge more for calls to 1300 numbers, some customers may prefer to call a local number.

Don’t let your business miss out on these potential customers simply because you’re located in a different state. The cloud is virtually limitless and with this comes the ability to have as many numbers as you want, wherever you want them.
