Reminder: Scheduled Voicemail Upgrade - 25th-17th Feb 2011

Please be reminded that we have scheduled an upgrade of our Voicemail system from Friday 25th February until Sunday 27th February 2011. The upgrade will deliver more capacity and faster processing times to keep up with growing demand and ensure that MyNetFone's service remains top-quality.

Upgrade Period: 10pm on Friday 25th February 2011 until 12am on Monday 28 February 2011

Voicemail Messages

  • Please note, existing voicemail messages will not be moved to the new system. If you wish to access voicemail messages left before and during this upgrade, please call 02 4022 9922. These messages will only remain available for one month after the upgrade is complete.
  • Callers will still be able to leave you a voicemail message during this period.
  • You can access your voicemail messages as per usual during this period and after the upgrade by calling 121 (only accessible to MyNetFone customers calling using the MyNetFone VoIP service).

Voicemail Greetings

  • During this period, there will be a freeze on the creation of new mailboxes and the recording of new voicemail greetings.
  • During this period, a default voicemail greeting will be played.
  • All existing voicemail greetings will be moved to the new system. So from 12am, Monday 28th February your voicemail will operate as normal, and there is no need to re-record your greeting.

MyAccount Portal

  • There will be a freeze on MyAccount Portal changes during this period.
  •  However, users will still be able to access account details, change address and contact details, make payments and use the SMS service. No other changes can be made during this period. We ask that you please hold off on making any changes until after this upgrade period.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
