Customer Support over the phone unavailable on Saturday 22nd March 2014

Due to essential electrical repairs to the office building where our Sydney Office is located, the MyNetFone Contact Centre will be unable to receive customer support phone calls this Saturday 22nd March. 

We will have a team monitoring our online support channels and where possible, assisting customers via email.  

If you have any service issues, please lodge a support request online.

 Regular operating hours will resume from Monday 24th March.

We apologise for any inconvenience.
