We would like to advise you that the MyNetFone Office operating during reduced hours over the Christmas period.
Residential Customer Service Centre
- OPEN: 21st to 24th December and 29th to 31st December - 8.30am to 5.30pm
- CLOSED: 25th to 27th December, and 1st to 3rd January
From the 4th of January, the Service Centre will return to standard operating hours of 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.
The Business Technical Support Team will be unavailable from the 25th to the 28th of December, and 1st of January. The rest of the business days operating hours will be as normal - 9am to 6pm.
