Outside business hours and during public holidays and weekends, if you encounter any major issues and require Emergency Technical Support, you can contact us on 1300 887 899 and select the 'Emergency Support' option from the voice menu to get in contact with a Support Team member, or leave a voicemail and our team will get back to you on the next business day.
This Emergency Support option is a premium service, and incurs a fee of $150 per hour charged in one block of $150 for up to the first hour (even if less then full hour is used), and then in 15 minute increments, therefore we recommend only using it for genuine emergency issues.
Support provided during between the hours of 6pm to 8am customer's local time Monday to Friday and anytime during weekends is considered 'Emergency Supprort' and will incur a fee. Support provided to Queensland and Western Australia residents up to 6pm their local time is considered regular support and incurs no fee (even though it falls into 'after hours' according to Sydney time).
