About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, exciting and growing company that is a leading provider of voice, data and software services for residential, business and wholesale customers.

The Vice President, Commercial Relationships will lead portfolio growth by providing excellent account management involving a high level of engagement at multiple levels with our customers and key stakeholders. From a day to day perspective you will have revenue and strategic targets to achieve for a defined portfolio of existing and emerging customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers within the assigned portfolio, peer groups and internal stakeholders
  • Developing, leading and implementing the account strategy, applying commercial judgment relating to competition issues and commercial trade-offs.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline via lead identification and qualification
  • Active business development of new and existing sales portfolio resulting in an increase in revenue and share of wallet
  • As this is an international business, you will be comfortable working different hours from time to time and travelling internationally.
