About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and exciting company that is a leading provider of voice, data and software services for residential, business and wholesale customers.

The Product Manager role will work within the Next Generation Services team within Global Business Unit of the MyNetFone Group. This roles initial focus will be on the expansion of the TNZI voice product range in the global market.

This role will be responsible for the full product life cycle of the services that we offer to our customers with the key focus on voice services. The role provides the opportunity to bring to market innovative products that represent the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers. In addition you will also continue to evolve and enhance existing voice products that are provided to customers.

Working internally with the Commercial, Operational and Technical business units, you will manage each products transition from conception, development and commercial release through to ongoing business as usual with clearly defined requirements, deadlines and reporting.

In addition you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with the vendors and suppliers who are key in organisations ability to deliver cost effect services to our customers. You must have a sound understanding of the financial structuring of the services that we sell to ensure the margin requirements of the company are maintained and that we can be price competitive in the market.

A strong background in product management and experience within a telecommunications service provider would be a significant benefit.
