Due to rapid expansion we currently have a new role available  for an experienced and energetic Product and Process Manager. This role will lead and manage our Products and Process Team. 

The Product and Process Team is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of the products and services that the MyNetFone Group provides to its customers, this team is made up of Product Managers and Business Analysts. 

Whilst the primary function of this role will be to successfully manage the P&P team, there is in additional need to provide direct product management as well.

Your main activities will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of projects to company timeline expectations.
  • Ensuring that the team is working effectively across company projects
  • Providing ongoing coaching, supervision and support to the team
  • Working effectively with C-Level Executives and other senior managers  to provide a company wide project roadmap.
  • Managing product transition from conception, development and commercial release
  • Managing and maintaining and evolving the innovation framework
  • Competitive analysis and Marketing briefs

About You 

Does this sound like the ideal role for your next career step? Then you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in an IT product development role
  • Demonstrated experience managing successful teams
  • Project Management experience
  • Have previously developed and maintained detailed product engineering and/or development plans
  • In-depth knowledge of IP communications, its market and technology
  • Change Management experience
