More about the role:

This role is will ensure the in house corporate IT facility is functioning effectively. Key activities include:

  • Corporate Support for internal employees 
  • Communications support – Managing the health and the operations of our corporate communications infrastructure, including the voice and data networks and related applications, telephony infrastructures ,e-mail facilities, video conferencing systems, in-house data storage facilities & backup facilities.
  • Access management
  • Managing IT assets 
  • On site support 
  • Availability – As a member of the technical team with experience and expertise in the network systems of the company, you are expected to be available after-hours from time to time

What you need 

  • Strong technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware
  • Strong technical knowledge of PC internal components
  • Minimum 2 years' experience on Microsoft windows systems administrations
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Microsoft Exchange Server & Domain Controller
  • Minimum 2 years's help desk experience
  • Good knowledge of Cisco wifi controllers and data networking will be looked upon favourably
  • MSCE certified will be looked upon favourably
